In response to the growing challenges faced by nonprofit organizations and community leaders, The Guilford Foundation and Branford Community Foundation are partnering to offer a complementary, virtual webinar on September 18th at 1 pm EST. It’s designed to help leaders maintain strong organizational cultures amid increasing societal polarization.

Titled “Culture Forward: Navigating Today, Shaping Tomorrow,” Joelle Murchison, CEO of EMG, will lead the session via Zoom and is open to nonprofit partners and anyone else interested in building a positive and productive work culture. The goal is to equip community leaders with practical strategies to increase meaningful engagement in their work.

Murchison will offer tools and insights for leaders seeking to:

• Foster conversations across differences
• Align inclusive excellence with organizational goals and values
