Wesley Cain
Wes grew up in Guilford, left for high school, college, and his first job as a CPA in New York City, but returned in 2013 for the small-town feel, sense of community, and natural beauty.
As a partner at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, he focuses on estate planning, trust administration, closely held businesses, and tax-exempt organizations. Before joining the Board, Wes provided pro bono legal advice to The Guilford Foundation.
He’s active in the community, serving on several boards: The Trust for Public Land (CT Advisory Board), the Guilford Sailing Foundation, the Guilford A Better Chance Program, and the Sachem’s Head Yacht Club.
Wes and his wife, Christina, love hiking with their dog, Ozzy, boating, and skiing. They recently had their first child!
